Lists are not marked as lists
Bulleted and numbered lists need to be marked as lists, not just typed with dashes or numbers.

People who use screen readers.
Why it matters
A screen reader announces a real list, such as "list, 5 items", so the reader knows what is coming and where it ends.
How to fix it
- In Word: use the Bullets or Numbering buttons on the Home tab instead of typing dashes, asterisks or numbers.
